Using this website
By using this website or contacting Total Plumbing & Heating, you agree to these terms. Quotes and job scope are confirmed in writing or by message before work proceeds.
Services
We provide plumbing, heating and gas work carried out by qualified engineers. Gas work is performed by Gas Safe registered engineers (Reg. 939349). You are responsible for accurate property access, parking and information about the installation.
Quotes and payment
Written quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. Payment terms are agreed before work starts. Materials may require a deposit on larger projects.
Emergencies
For urgent leaks, no heating or safety concerns, call 07712 276 645 rather than relying on web forms — we prioritise phone contact for emergencies.
Liability
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care and appropriate insurance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work except where law does not allow limitation.
